Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Eleva: what it does, who it is for, and how it works.

What is Eleva?

Eleva is an AI-powered business management platform designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It brings contract management, KPI tracking, financial monitoring, market intelligence, document analysis, report generation, and regulatory monitoring into a single platform, with AI assistance built into every module.

What does Eleva do?

Eleva acts as a business co-pilot for SME owners and managers. It analyzes your contracts and flags risks, tracks your KPIs and financial health in real time, monitors market trends and competitors, processes any business document with AI, generates professional reports automatically, and keeps you informed about regulations relevant to your industry.

Who is Eleva designed for?

Eleva is built specifically for small and medium-sized businesses: owners, operations managers, and finance leads who need enterprise-grade business intelligence without enterprise complexity or cost. It is especially useful for businesses operating across multiple markets or languages.

How is Eleva priced?

Eleva is a paid platform. Pricing plans are available on the website. Early access is currently offered through the beta program.

What AI features does Eleva include?

Every module in Eleva has AI built in. Key AI features include: contract risk analysis and clause extraction, KPI trend analysis and goal recommendations, market scoring and competitor intelligence, document summarization and risk flagging, automated report generation in multiple formats, and a conversational AI assistant (Ask Eleva) for instant business Q&A.

What languages does Eleva support?

Eleva's full interface and AI analysis are available in four languages: English, German (Deutsch), French (Francais), and Turkish (Turkce). Users can switch languages at any time from both the landing page and the dashboard.

What modules does Eleva include?

Eleva includes eight core modules: (1) Company Profile and KPIs, (2) Contracts, (3) Finances, (4) Markets, (5) Documents, (6) Reports, (7) Regulations, and (8) Roadmap. There is also an AI Assistant (Ask Eleva) and a Calendar. All modules share data so insights are connected across your entire business.

How does Eleva handle data security?

Eleva uses AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit for all data. Authentication is handled by Supabase with row-level security (RLS) policies, meaning each user can only access their own data. Uploaded documents are processed in isolated environments and are never used to train AI models.

How is Eleva different from other business software?

Most business tools are either AI-bolted-on (basic AI added to legacy software), enterprise-only (too expensive and complex for SMEs), or single-purpose (you need 5 to 10 separate tools). Eleva is AI-native from the ground up, built specifically for SME scale and budget, and covers all core business operations in one platform. There is no need to switch between a CRM, a contract tool, a reporting tool, and a market research subscription.

Do I need technical knowledge to use Eleva?

No technical knowledge is required. Eleva is designed for business operators, not developers. The interface is plain-language and all AI outputs are explained in actionable terms: no dashboards full of unexplained metrics, no setup scripts, no integrations to configure.

Can Eleva analyze documents in any language?

Eleva's document analysis AI can process documents written in any major language. The output (summary, risk flags, extracted data) is delivered in the user's selected interface language.

What kinds of contracts can Eleva analyze?

Eleva can analyze any type of business contract: NDAs, service agreements, employment contracts, vendor agreements, term sheets, partnership agreements, and licensing agreements. The AI extracts key clauses, deadlines, parties, and financial terms, and flags high, medium, and advisory-level risks.

How does Eleva's market intelligence work?

Eleva's market module lets you research any country or market for business expansion. The AI aggregates data from authoritative sources (World Bank, IMF, trade registers, news signals, regulatory databases) and scores each market across competitive landscape, consumer behavior, regulatory barriers, infrastructure readiness, and opportunity fit for your specific business.

How does Eleva generate reports?

Eleva can generate financial reports, operational summaries, KPI dashboards, and strategic briefings automatically from your existing data. Reports are formatted professionally and can be downloaded. You can select the report type, time period, and sections to include.
