Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and provide site owners with basic analytics.
Eleva uses cookies and similar technologies (such as localStorage) to deliver a functional, personalized, and secure experience. This policy explains what we use and why.
We use a minimal set of cookies. We categorize them as follows:
These are strictly necessary for the platform to function. Without them, you cannot log in or use the service.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| sb-access-token | Authentication session token | Session |
| sb-refresh-token | Keeps you logged in between sessions | 7 days |
| eleva_app_locale | Remembers your dashboard language preference | 1 year |
| eleva_landing_locale | Remembers your website language preference | 1 year |
We do not currently use third-party analytics services (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.). Any usage analytics we perform are based on anonymized server-side logs only.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not serve ads or allow third-party ad networks on Eleva.
In addition to cookies, we use your browser's localStorage to store application data so the platform works efficiently:
This data is stored locally for performance and is also synchronized to our secure database (Supabase) when applicable. You can clear localStorage data at any time via your browser settings (Developer Tools → Application → Local Storage).
Our platform integrates with third-party services that may set their own cookies:
Authentication Provider - may set session cookies necessary for login functionality. These are essential and cannot be disabled.
Hosting Provider - our hosting provider may set performance cookies on CDN edge nodes for load balancing purposes.
We do not integrate Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Intercom, or any other tracking/advertising tools.
Essential cookies cannot be disabled - they are required for basic platform functionality.
All other cookies can be managed via your browser settings:
Note: disabling cookies may affect your ability to stay logged in and use certain features.
You can also clear all cookies and localStorage data at any time by logging out and clearing your browser data.
Applicable privacy laws require consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device.
Currently, Eleva only uses essential cookies - those strictly necessary for the platform to function. Essential cookies do not require consent under data protection regulations in most jurisdictions. We do not set any tracking, advertising, or non-essential analytics cookies.
If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will implement a proper consent mechanism and update this policy before doing so.
We may update this Cookie Policy as our practices change. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via the platform or email.
