Eleva is committed to making our platform usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We're working to ensure the site and product are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people using assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or voice control.
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time fix, and we treat it as a normal part of how we build features - not an afterthought.
We are targeting conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely adopted standard for web accessibility published by the W3C.
We are not yet claiming full conformance. Some areas of the marketing site and product are further along than others, and we're actively auditing and fixing gaps as we find them.
Measures already in place across the site and product include:
We know some parts of the experience aren't fully accessible yet - for example, a few data-dense dashboard views and interactive charts in the product are still being improved for screen-reader users. Where we're aware of a specific gap, we prioritize fixing it based on impact.
If you hit a barrier we haven't listed here, please tell us - see Feedback below.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on appeleva.com or in the Eleva product, we want to know about it.

Please include the page or feature you were using, what assistive technology or browser you were on if relevant, and what happened - it helps us reproduce and fix the issue faster. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within a few business days.
